This privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”) describes the types of information we may collect or that you may provide when you download, install, access, or use the Artist 360 mobile and web application (the “App“), and how we collect, use, maintain, protect, and disclose that information.
This policy applies only to information we collect in this App. This policy does not apply to information that:
- We collect offline or on any other Firebird apps or websites, including websites you may access through this App.
- You provide to or is collected by any third party, including other apps, websites, or content that may link to or be accessible from or through this App (see Links to Other Sites).
These other third parties, as well as our websites and other apps, have their own privacy policies, which we encourage you to read before providing information on or through them.
Please read this Privacy Policy carefully to understand our policies and practices regarding your information. This Privacy Policy is binding on all those who access this App, whether acting as an individual or on behalf of an entity, including you and all persons, entities, or digital engines of any kind that harvest, crawl, index, scrape, spider, or mine digital content by an automated or manual process or otherwise. By downloading, creating an account, or using this App, you agree to our Artist 360 Application Terms of Use (“Terms of Use”) and this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with our policies and practices, do not download, create an account, or use this App. This Privacy Policy may change from time to time (see Changes to Our Privacy Policy). Your continued use of the App is considered your acceptance of the terms of this Privacy Policy and the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to be bound by this Privacy Policy or any subsequent modification, you should not access this App or disclose any Personal Information through this App.

We may provide the App to you on behalf of your management company, record label, or other company relating to your professional career in the entertainment industry (collectively “Partners”), which acts as the “controller” of your Personal Information (as defined below). This Privacy Policy does not apply to information such companies collect about you. Please contact that company if you have any questions about their privacy practices.
Policy on Children’s Information
The App is not created for anyone under the age of 18 (“Children” or “Child”). By using the App, you represent that you are at least 18 years old. If you do not meet this age requirement, then you must not access or use the App.
We do not target the App to children under the age of 18. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your Child has directly provided us with Personal Information, please contact us (see Contact Information). If we become aware that we have collected Personal Information directly from Children without verification of parental consent, we take reasonable steps to remove that information from our servers.

Information We Collect and How We Collect It
We collect both Personal Information and non-personal information about users of the App. “Personal Information” is information that identifies, relates to, describes, can reasonably be associated with, or can reasonably be linked to you, either on its own or combined with other information that we have or can readily obtain. Non-personal information is information that is not Personal Information.
The information we collect may include:
- Identifiers. Your name, email address, unique personal identifier, Internal Protocol (IP) address, account credentials (username and password), and device identifier.
- Usage Details. Certain details of your access to and use of the App, including traffic data, logs, and other communication data and the resources that you access and use on or through the App.
- Device Information. Information about your device and internet connection, including the device’s unique device identifier, operating system, browser type, mobile network information, and your mobile device’s telephone number.
- Location Information. Data about your device’s location, which is inferred from your IP address .
We collect this information as further described below.
Information You Provide to Us
When you download, create an account, or use this App, you may provide us with Personal Information or non-personal information. This information includes:
- Information that you provide by filling in forms in the App. This includes information provided at the time of creating an account on the App, and may include your name, email address, unique identifiers you create when you register for an account, business or company information or social media URLS. We also may ask you for information when you report a problem with the App.
- Records and copies of your correspondence (including email addresses and phone numbers), if you contact us.
- Your search queries on the App.
- Login credentials for your social media and music service accounts.
Information We Collect Through Automatic Data Collection Technologies
As you navigate through and interact with our App, including when you download, access, or use the App, we may use automatic data collection technologies to collect certain information about your device and your browsing and usage activity and patterns, and this may include:
- Information about your interactions with the App, which includes the date and time of any information you enter in the App, and your interactions with content or features that you access
- Technical data, such as URL information and your IP address, the types of devices you are using to access or connect to our App, unique device identifiers, device attributes, network connection type, and other device and network information.
We may collect this information directly or through third parties, such as:
- Service providers (including hosting providers).
- Data analytics service providers.
If you do not want us to collect this information, do not download the App, or delete it from your device. For more information, see Choices About How We Use and Disclose Your Information.
We may automatically connect non-personal information collected to Personal Information about you that we collect from other sources or that you provide to us. We will treat such combined information as Personal Information.
Cookies
The technologies we use for automatic information collection may include cookies or similar technologies. A cookie is a small file placed on your device when you use the App which is unique to your device or account. It may be possible to refuse to accept cookies by activating the appropriate setting on your browser. However, if you select this setting, you may be unable to access certain parts of our App. We use cookies for remembering your preferences and improving your user experience. We also use cookies help us to analyze the use of the App and its content. The types of cookies we use are described below:
- Strictly Necessary cookies: These cookies are always active and enable essential App operations and ensure certain features function properly, such as logging-in to your account or filling-out forms. You may be able to block these cookies through your browser settings, but some parts of the website may not function properly and without them, services that you have asked for cannot be provided to you.
- Analytics cookies: These cookies allow us to count visits and traffic sources to the App, so that we can measure and improve the performance of the App. Analytics let us know which pages are the most and least popular and see how users move around the App. All of the information collected from analytics cookies is aggregated so it is anonymous.
- Functionality cookies: These cookies allow the App to remember choices you make (such as your username, language or the region you are in) and provide more enhanced, personal features.

Information We Collect Through Services We Access on Your and our Partners’ Behalf in Relation To Your Access And Use Of The App
The App is designed for you to access information about various services, including third party services, that we provide or manage for you on your behalf or on behalf of our Partners. The type of information depends on the type of services we perform or manage. For example, we may receive demographic information about your fanbase, information about your e-mail subscribers, or information from media streaming services that feature your media. We collect this information pursuant to our business relationship with you and our Partners outside of the App, and our use of that information is governed by the applicable contract into which we and our Partners have entered.
How We Use Your Information
We use information that we collect about you or that you provide to us, including any Personal Information, for the following purposes:
- To provide you with the App and its contents, and any other information or services that you request from us.
- When you contact us in order to comment, submit requests for information, make a complaint, make suggestions or ask questions.
- To fulfill any other purpose for which you provide it.
- To carry out our obligations and enforce our rights arising from any contracts entered into between you and us, including the Terms of Use, or between your management company or record label and us, including for billing and collection.
- For internal purposes, such as development of new products, performance reviews, business planning, customer service, and account maintenance.
- To notify you when App updates are available, and of changes to any products or services we offer or provide through it.
- To improve our App and to deliver a better and more personalized experience.
- To market our services, including to inform you about other Firebird services that may be of interest to you.
Disclosure of Your Information
We may disclose non-personal information, including aggregated or otherwise non-identifiable information about our users without restriction. In addition, we may disclose Personal Information that we collect or you provide:
- To our subsidiaries and affiliates.
- To contractors, service providers (including software providers), and other third parties we use to support our business.
- To a buyer or other successor in the event of a merger, divestiture, restructuring, reorganization, dissolution, or other sale or transfer of some or all of Firebird’s assets in which Personal Information held by Firebird about our App users is among the assets transferred.
- To fulfill the purpose for which you provide it.
- For any other purpose disclosed by us when you provide the information.
- With your consent.
We may also disclose your Personal Information:
- To comply with any court order, law, or legal process, including to respond to any government or regulatory request.
- To enforce our rights arising from any contracts entered into between you and us, including the Terms of Use, or between your management company or record label and us.
- If we believe disclosure is necessary or appropriate to protect the rights, property, or safety of Firebird, our customers, or others.
Choices About How We Use and Disclose Your Information
We strive to provide you with choices regarding the Personal Information you provide to us. This section describes mechanisms we provide for you to control certain uses and disclosures of your information.
- Tracking Technologies. You can choose whether or not to allow the App to collect information through cookies or other tracking technologies through your device’s or browser’s privacy settings . If you disable or refuse cookies or block the use of other tracking technologies, some parts of the App may then be inaccessible or not function properly.
- Marketing Preferences. You can opt out from receiving future marketing communications from us at any time by using the unsubscribe function in the email you receive from us or contacting us (see Contact Information). Please allow sufficient time for your preferences to be processed. Even if you opt out of receiving marketing messages, we may still contact you for transactional purposes.
If your Personal Information has been submitted to us by or on behalf of your management company or record label and you wish to exercise any rights you may have under applicable data protection laws, please inquire with the applicable company directly.
Accessing and Correcting Your Personal Information
You can review and change your Personal Information by logging into the App and visiting your account profile page.
You also may contact us (see Contact Information) to request access to, correct, or delete any Personal Information that you have provided to us. We cannot delete your Personal Information except by also deleting your user account. We may not accommodate a request to change information if we believe the change would violate any law or legal requirement or cause the information to be incorrect.
Users Outside of the United States
If you use the App from outside of the United States, please note that you are transferring information about you, including Personal Information, to a country and jurisdiction that may not have the same data protection laws as your country of residence. You may not have the same rights regarding your Personal Information that you would have interacting with a company in your jurisdiction. By providing us with Personal Information, you consent to the transfer of information about you, including your Personal Information, to the United States and other countries and the use and disclosure of information about you, including your Personal Information, as described in this Privacy Policy. We may store, access, or otherwise process Personal Information outside of the United States as well.
If you are located in a country outside the United States and submit Personal Information to us, you consent to the general use and disclosure of such information as provided in this Privacy Policy and to the transfer and/or storage of that information to the United States and other countries outside your home country.
Data Security
The security of your data is important to us, but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security. Any transmission of information, including your Personal Information, is at your own risk. By using the App, you acknowledge and accept these risks. As a result, we cannot guarantee or warrant the security of any information you disclose or transmit to us or that are otherwise provided to us, and we cannot be responsible for the theft, destruction, or inadvertent disclosure of information. It is your responsibility to safeguard any passwords, usernames, or other special access features associated with your use of the App.

The App may contain links to third-party websites that are not operated or maintained by us. If you click on one of those links, you will be taken to websites we do not control. This Privacy Policy does not apply to the information practices of those third-party websites. By providing a link to a third-party website, we are not endorsing or attempting to associate with any other entity, their content or services, or the persons or entities associated with those websites. You should read the privacy policies of third-party websites carefully. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, actions or security of third-party websites.
Changes to Our Privacy Policy
We may update or modify this Privacy Policy at any time by posting the updated version. If we make material changes to how we treat our users’ Personal Information, we will notify you by email to the email address specified in your account and/or through a notice in the App. The date the Privacy Policy was last revised is identified at the top of the page. You are responsible for periodically visiting this Privacy Policy to check for any changes.
